Following the devastating floods of 2022, Lismore City Council needed to repair and rebuild a large number of essential community buildings (ranging from amenities blocks at sporting grounds to substantial projects such as the Regional Gallery and Airport.
NDC was engaged by BKA Architecture, Bennett Constructions & Lismore City Council to provide planning advice to support Council’s Community, Recreation and Cultural (CRC) Assets Restoration Program.
CRC Program involved 39 projects in total. NDC was engaged to provided planning pathway advice for these projects. Reviews of Environmental Factors (REFs) were also prepared for multiple projects where betterment works were completed as part of the repair.
