NDC have been the lead town planning consultant on behalf of Lindisfarne Anglican College, Terranora.
NDC in association with project architect Raunik Design coordinated the approval for the Lindisfarne Anglican College Master Plan. Based on the approved master plan, the following projects have been coordinated by NDC and approval granted by the Northern Regional Planning Panel
Addition of 3 food technology classrooms, senior school centre comprising of study area, gym, indoor running track and hall, additional parking, new road access, and increase in student number from to 864 to 1378 and increase in staff to 151.
