Epiq Marketplace Lennox Head is located centrally within the Epiq Estate and is anchored by Woolworths and BWS, trading 7 days per week.
Epiq Marketplace Incorporates 6,300m2 gross floor area, 278 car parking spaces and anchored by Development of 3,365m2 Gross Floor Area (GFA) supermarket.
Epiq Marketplace and the associated car parking and pedestrian facilities were completed in 2020.
NDC’s involvement in this project is ongoing with approval sought for a two-storey pad site commercial building for retail, café and commercial offices.
