NDC have been the lead consultant on this master planned estate in Lennox Head since 2014.
The project included residential subdivision to create approximately 505 lots, development of integrated multi-dwelling housing, Epiq Marketplace Shopping Centre, green space and an integrated road network.
An expansive 4.5 hectare sporting precinct.
25.1 hectares of green space incorporating areas for conservation, revegetation and rehabilitation.
NDC maintain an ongoing role in the delivery of the project.
