NDC have been the lead town planning consultant on behalf of Emmanual Anglican College, Ballina.
NDC in association with project architect Raunik Design coordinated the approval for the Emmanual Anglican College Master Plan. Based on the approved master plan, the following projects have been coordinated by NDC and approval granted by the Northern Regional Planning Panel.
Construction of a Multi-Purpose Hall at Emmanuel Anglican College, comprising two indoor sports courts, associated gymnasium and amenities, a stage and retractable seating.
The construction of a Stem & Digital Technology Centre, containing 12 senior classrooms plus breakout area and integrated staff offices, upgrading of existing vehicular access, bus bay and car parking supply, associated increase in student and staff numbers.
