NDC have been the lead consultant on this master planned estate in Casuarina since 2013.
NDC coordinate the modification to the State Government Major Project Approval involving a favourable determination from the Independent Planning Commission.
The project included residential subdivision to create approximately 177 lots, commercial precinct (shopping centre, mixed use retail/health/restaurants) and childcare facility.
An expansive green space incorporating areas for revegetation and rehabilitation.
NDC maintain an ongoing role in the delivery of the project.
