NDC have been the lead town planning consultant on behalf of Bluesfest to secure approval for the Byron Parklands Community Events site.
Events approved for the site provide for a capacity of 30,000 people (large events), 15,000 people (medium Events) & 2,000 people (small events).
The approval provides for in excess of 12,000 temporary camping facility.
Parking for capacity of 6,800 vehicles per day of large events
An expansive green space incorporating areas for conservation, revegetation and rehabilitation.
