Civil Designer

We work right across the NSW North Coast with offices also located in Lismore and Casuarina. We are keen to hear from you if you are considering a new role or location.
We are seeking an experienced Civil Designer. You would ideally have a minimum of 5 years Civil Design and Drafting experience and will liaise with Project Engineers, Authorities, other consultants to design high quality projects that meet industry codes and standards in the urban development industry
To be successful you will display –
- Direct knowledge and design experience of the components of urban development, general road and civil infrastructure;
- Experience in managing the design and documentation of urban development, road and general civil infrastructure projects;
- Ability to coordinate and plan the work of design and documentation resources;
- Extensive knowledge and experience in 3D design modelling packages (12D or Civil Site Design);
- Ability to prepare high quality engineering plans;
- High level of attention to detail;
- Excellent communication skills and a strong desire to learn and grow your skills; and
- A keen interest in providing high quality client service.

Civil Engineer

We are seeking an ambitious, highly motivated Senior Civil Engineer to join our Urban Development team. You would ideally have a minimum of 5 years Civil Engineering experience in the urban development industry and be proficient in the following areas:
- Management of multiple urban development projects from inception through to construction
- Liaison and negotiation with Councils and other Authorities
- Consultation with clients and other associated consultants
- Preparation and review of written documents to support planning proposals
- Stormwater quality modelling/reporting
- Preparation/Coordination of engineering plans
- Provide technical engineering advice and reviews
The following selection criteria should be addressed in your application:
- Tertiary qualifications in Civil Engineering;
- Demonstrated 5+ years’ industry experience delivering urban development projects, ideally in a consulting environment;
- Demonstrated strong client relationship management and project management skills;
- Demonstrated ability to work in a team and across technical and project delivery aspects;
- A demonstrated knowledge of relevant legislations and standards within NSW;
- Ability to provide excellent written and verbal communication skills;
- A commitment in providing high quality client service.
