NDC have been the lead consultant on this master planned estate in Goonellabah (Lismore) since 2018.
The project included residential subdivision to create a boutique community that will offer 136 homesites across the 21 hectare parcel of land.
An expansive green space incorporating areas for conservation, revegetation and rehabilitation.
NDC maintain an ongoing role in the delivery of the project.
